Big size and huge units with nice views, coffee maker plasma TV and a balcony, and the staff were helpful. The hotel was set in a very central area so close to the center of town, the restaurant and the town centre.

Flexible with check-in and check-out times, and the staff know what they are doing. 😊

the location was perfect and exceptionally nice for traveling around klagenfurt am woerthersee, close enough to the main square, austria and other bars and shops.

The location was perfect for exploring Klagenfurt am Woerthersee, being close to the airport, the City underground at a reduced rate for 24 hours, and the center of the old town. the double room we booked was modern and stylish. - the staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and welcoming.

Excellent friendly staff and a wonderful welcoming feel. Location wise it is perfect. 2 minutes from Bus station, 10 minutes from train station it is all in perfect walking distance. It also has a lovely bar attached to the hotel.

A single duvet on a double bed seemed quite odd. Also the remote controls for TV/DVD system did not work, this may have been a battery issue and as I didn't really use them it wasn't a big bother. They do not have a 24 hours room service available, which as I seemed to keep getting back there at 5am wasn't the best but again not a big a deal, I just would have thought 4 stars would have offered such a thing.

Great bathroom. Twin beds which are hard to get in most hotels on this East European trip. I needed these as I was sharing with my son.

I greatly enjoyed my really great stay during a business trip. the room was neat and comfy with a balcony and a TV. 3. the hotel was next to the restaurants and attractions of Neuerplatz.

The staff was most helpful about all needs we had - answers about locations, breakfast. Also the bar service was kind and responsive.

Ventilation in the bathroom was extremely poor, practically none. It was also difficult to operate the soap bottle - the soap would like to stay in the bottle or some extra methodology which we did not know had to be applied...It would be good to have opportunities to join day excursions organized together with other hotels and tourist companies. It was not good that I had to pay for all the time in advance. Unfortunately I read this note too late. There may be objective reasons for canceling the visit (illness, canceling the event etc.)and then all the payment is nonrefundable.

The camp was near the beach. The house has space for 6 person.. Everything was new and clean. There were a lot nice place to eat and with a market close.

They didn't explain there's no swimpool at the camp.. we have to walk 10 min to use the other hotel swimpool.. and that we have to pay for towel and bed set.

The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, making our stay enjoyable. The rooms were comfortable and had nice views of the town, especially from the ones with a balcony. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options for everyone's taste, and we loved the fantastic view over the city and the nearby bakery.

No improvements needed, everything was perfect.

All my expectations of staying at a boutique hotel were met :excellent. location in the old town, friendly staff, pleasantly appointed spacious room, together with delightful dining areas.

My only comment for improvement would be for arcotel Moser Verdino would be to consider installing air-conditioning.

Not much room for improvement, everything was satisfactory.

The staff at the front desk was great! They helped us a lot with directions. The waitress at dinner was really sweet and very helpful.

The hotel did not have any air conditioning, therefore we had to keep windows open and the noise on the street below kept us awake.

Fantastic, spacious rooms with unique designs across all areas of the hotel. Very friendly staff. 1 minute walk to centre of Klagenfurt.
